Mr D’s 5L Thermal Cooker FACTORY SECOND INNER POT – GAS HOB ONLY

This is a factory second, the underside of the base of the inner-pot isn’t perfectly flat so it will only work on Gas hobs and won’t be suitable for halogen or induction. There may be some minor blemish on the inside of the cooking pot. This will not affect the performance of the thermal cooker in any way and it is provided with the same warranty as a non-second full price thermal cooker.

Mr D’s 5L Thermal Cooker is a larger version of the very popular 3L and is suitable for feeding up to 10 people.

It has all the same features found in the 3L and these include a built in handle for easy carrying when taking the cooker out, removable outer container lid and a specially treated cast iron ring attached to the base of the inner pot. This cast iron ring helps this cooker have unrivaled heat retention when the inner pot is closed in the vacuum insulated outer container.
Please note there is no top pot for this cooker.

This cooker comes with a FREE trivet that can be used to steam bread, cakes and puddings using our cooking tins or your own suitable cookware.

Mr D's 5L Thermal CookerThis new 5th generation Mr D’s 5L Thermal Cooker is suitable for 8 to 10 people and due to the cast iron ring on the base of the inner pot can hold it’s temperature for up to 8 hours when 80% full. The cooker is so efficient that it will continue boiling once placed into the insulated outer container for around 5 minutes and this ensures maximum start temperature for powerless cooking.
